Initial Assessment, typically 1 - 1.5 hours ($120 - 180)
Assesses major life areas for factors contributing to the identified concern, determine stressors and individual needs, and help create a treatment plan. A brief ART intervention is offered at the end of the session for you to experience the approach.
Guardians must complete an initial assessment (in-person or by phone) for children ages 12-14 before the first session. For ages 15-17, guardians may attend the assessment depending on the child's age, insight, and agreement. Sessions last 60–90 minutes; extra time is billed at $30 per 15-minute increment.
30 minute session ($60)
Available for people who need a smaller time slot due to availability, capacity or accessibility. These short check-ins are focused on one concern and can include a short ART intervention, skill building or treatment goal check-in. We will spend some time at the beginning of the session to determine what situation/thought or emotion to target and if we will use a short ART intervention or focus on talk and skill based therapy. Please note an assessment is required to be completed before booking an individual session.
Session times can vary if we use ART and additional time is charged at $30/15 min increments.
Individual Counselling, 1 or 1.5 hour sessions available ($120 - 180)
I give a time range as the length of the session is adapted to fit your identified session goal within your set time limit. We will spend some time at the beginning of the session to determine what situation/thought or emotion to target and if we will use a short ART intervention or focus on talk and skill based therapy. Please note an assessment is required to be completed before booking an individual session. Youth sessions usually only last an hour whereas adult sessions can vary and will be adapted to your individual needs.

Single ART Session typically 2.5 hours ($275)

Single sessions include a short assessment and ART intervention focused on one identified concern like:
- Single incident trauma
- Phobia
- ADHD
- Anxiety related to one situation
- Stress related to work, change, etc.
- Feelings of overwhelm
- Lack of motivation
- Decision making
- Dyslexia and more
