Hello! 

Before diving into my education and qualifications, I want to highlight what truly matters when choosing a therapist: 

connection and comfort. 

I take pride in my ability to develop genuine relationships with my clients. My goal is to provide an environment where you can feel truly comfortable and understood.

I am a Counselling Therapist and Addiction Counsellor with the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA).  I am also a Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) Practitioner with the Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery. With over 17 years of experience working with both youth and adults in Alberta, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges.

Therapy Beyond Words:

While I am trained and experienced in a variety of therapeutic modalities, my primary focus is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) due to its rapid and effective results. The immediate relief I’ve experienced personally, along with the profound transformations I’ve witnessed in my clients, has been nothing short of remarkable. Experience fast relief—without the need for extensive talking.

Casual, Authentic Approach:
What you see is what you get. I’m down-to-earth and approachable—no formal suits or clinical jargon here! I show up in jeans and a t-shirt, often sitting cross-legged during our sessions because comfort matters.  

TIme to Breathe, Time to Heal
Each session is  booked for 90-minute sessions  so you’ll never feel rushed. We’ll take the time to complete each ART session, ensuring you leave each session with a feeling of relief and resolution.

A Little About Me

I grew up in a small town in Alberta and now live on an acreage with my husband and our 8-year-old son. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, traveling, camping, skiing, and working out. I consider myself loyal, genuine, compassionate, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know people.

Please note, I work exclusively with clients aged 16 and older.
