Hi there! I'm Erin Black, a registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work. I provide authentic, relatable, and compassionate support. Whether you have a specific concern or need help navigating services, I'm here to help. If you're unsure about accessing counselling, reach out for a free consult. Even if my services aren't the right fit, I'll try my best to make recommendations.

I offer individual counselling for ages 12+ and have 19 years of experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns while specializing in addictions and trauma. I'm trained in various therapies, including Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Most sessions include talk therapy and ART, which I find most effective for accessing your inner wisdom and resolving concerns. I value your input and feedback in our partnership.

Outside of counselling, I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my teen daughter, and caring for my pets. I also love skidooing, skiing, and taking pictures of Alberta's beautiful skies.
