LET IT GO!

Imagine what it would feel like to be free of your heavy burden – years of distress gone in a single A.R.T session. Unbelievable? This is what can happen with A.R.T. It reprograms distressing images and memories that have been stored in your brain, so they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions while leaving the facts intact. That is why we say, 'Keep the Knowledge, Lose the Pain'.

Rapid Recovery

After only one A.R.T session you will know if it's an effective intervention for you or not.

Using A.R.T to distance from  strong emotional responses then allows for new perspectives and supports further problem solving or skill building. Positive sensations replace the distress to rapidly restore one's functioning and wellness.
